We do offer the option for a STORE CREDIT only. This is available for items purchased from HOUSE OF FE are eligible for store credit  within 7 days after delivery. 

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customer are responsible for return shipping .

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

CLOTHING & SHOE ITEMS

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS

We will accept items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise.

Please email us at SUPPORT@HOUSEOFFE.COM with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please keep in mind, returns take us 4-8 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
